Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using X Payroll (the Platform), operated by EA Group, LLC / Expert Accounting Group, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service

The Platform helps employers calculate payroll and generate pay stubs and Puerto Rico and US tax reports. Calculations depend on the information you provide and applicable rates. You are responsible for reviewing results, filing returns and paying taxes on time. Automatic bank payments require an approved payment partner and are not currently active.

3. User responsibilities

You confirm that company and employee information is accurate, that you are authorized to manage it and that you will keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and payments

The monthly plan is $100.00 plus 11.5% IVU for up to 10 employees, and $7.00 plus 11.5% IVU per additional employee. Billing is recurring until canceled. Changes to employee count apply at the next monthly renewal without partial-month charges. Promotional exemptions may be offered. Live billing is not active until payment setup is complete.

5. Privacy and security

Information is protected with encryption in transit, encrypted Social Security numbers, company access controls and activity records. Authorized office staff may access data to provide service. We do not sell your information. Data is used to provide the service and comply with law.

6. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided as is. We are not responsible for penalties, interest or losses caused by inaccurate information, late payments or third-party failures. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. Accounts may be suspended for nonpayment or misuse. After termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.

8. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Disputes will be heard in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

9. Changes

Changes will be communicated by email or within the Platform. Updated versions requiring acceptance will be presented before continuing.
